Chad Dime is a co-founder of Diff Eyewear, a socially conscious brand that donates a pair of reading glasses or vision care service to communities in need. Since the start of their company, they have donated 3.1 million glasses or services and the number keeps rising! In this episode, Chad and I talk about starting a company with a "give back" model, the differences that the brand has made in communities in need, the glasses themselves and much more!
